We were very pleased with the rooms, comfortability, and amenities on site. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the common areas were kept up nicely as well. Unfortunately, our room had a leak upon arrival, causing us to not be allowed to check in on time and we had to wait around the pool to be ready. Parking can be challenging depending on the time of day you are trying to park. The front desk staff were pretty neutral…I wouldn’t say they were nice but wouldn’t say they were mean either. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an absolute blast at this resort. The sun sets were gorgeous. proximity to the beach was stellar. We left the sliding glass door open all night and listened to the waves. The next day they had a parade on the beach with a bunch of off road vehicles. Very patriotic.

We have been owners for 14 years and always enjoy our week at the beach. We live only 45 minutes away, so we are able to use the amenities anytime. Royal Floridian has both indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzis, gym, basketball courts, mini golf, giant chess set, and shuffleboard. They serve hamburgers and hot dogs for a minimal fee, as well as ice cream several times per week. Bingo is played at 3pm Monday through Thursday.

The view was spectacular. Access to the beach was excellent as it is just steps from the pool. Service was excellent. The bartender was fun and pleasant. They have many activities throughout the day. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to multiple coffee shops. Only negative was an unclean shower and the bedroom was very small so onlystay again. J nightstand. Would

I had an amazing time with my wife here for my Birthday. The staff was friendly, The room was fantastic and clean; a coffee maker, a nice big bed, good looking interior,the shower pressure was great, even on the 7th floor! Easy access to the patio overlooking a spectacular view! Nice Amenities. The hotel was easy to find, limited parking on top but they have an underground parking facility. Overall we were satisfied except remeber the gate code to get in and out of the beach..we forgot and had to ask other patrons of the hotel to get in...lol. There are worse places to be stuck then on the beach in Florida. We really enjoyed this place and would go again for sure!

I get this place five stars because the staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The whole place that we got was very spacious. Even though we did not have a disabled person with us I did have a disabled bathroom and I couldn’t believe how great it was in the space that I had. If my husband was with us, he would’ve been very proud. The pool and the hot tub were very clean. Never too overcrowded. Going down to the beach literally was just a couple steps away and very beautiful. There were not a lot of people so it wasn’t crowded to sit on the beach. I didn’t like the parking because it wasn’t convenient but we made it work. I also don’t like the construction going on right now but once again we made it work. And that is not the hotel’s fault. There is not a breakfast however there are so many shopping centers and shopping and food places to go. It is so convenient. Some of them are within walking distance others you do have a very short drive to get to. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place even with a hard bed lol

Front desk staff was great! Very friendly and super helpful. The location is fantastic. Teens had plenty to do and loved the fact that the indoor pool was open until midnight! The room was decent. We had a separate king-size bedroom and the teen slept on the pullout couch so that was convenient for everybody to have their own space We really appreciated having a full kitchen. Being a coastal condo you will always deal with mildew so the condo had kind of a funky smell but was clean. We did purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper because they only provide one of each so be aware of that Bonus was the underground parking considering while we were there the heat index was almost 110 .

Wonderful Stay by the Ocean! We had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff were absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location couldn’t be better: it’s in a quiet area right by the ocean, which made the whole experience feel relaxing and refreshing. The balconies are huge and offer beautiful views - perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. My room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There are so many amenities and activities available that it’s easy to fill your entire day without ever leaving the property. Being right on the beach was a huge plus, and the easy check-in and convenient parking made everything even smoother. It’s also close to great restaurants and a nearby grocery store, which made exploring the area super easy. Plus a bonus, They have laundry on site. Overall, a fantastic stay— this is our second stay & we would absolutely come back!
